Apart from government hospitals, the administration has maintained Kovid Care Centers (CCC) in the city. Some private hospitals also have beds with oxygen support and ventilators for corona patients.

According to the Health Department, if the fourth wave of corona comes in the city and the condition of the patients deteriorates, then the hospital is fully prepared to deal with the situation. At the same time, the administration can also increase the number of Kovid Care Centers. At present there are 6 centers in the city. Preparations are also on to increase their number.

Corona has a total of 380 beds with oxygen support in PGI. In 7 Kovid patients are admitted. There are 70 beds with ventilators. Of these, 2 are patients. GMCH-32 has 165 beds with oxygen support. There are 5 patients. There are 63 beds with ventilators. GMCH-48 has 84 beds with oxygen support and 37 ventilators. GMSH-16 has 230 beds of oxygen support, out of which 7 are patients. There are 20 Kovid beds with ventilators. Civil Hospital Sector 45 has 27 beds with oxygen support and 15 with ventilator support.

Apart from government hospitals, Chandigarh Health Department has set up a COVID Care Center at Bal Bhavan Sector 23, Indira Holiday Home, Sector 24, Sports Complex, Sector 34, Police Hospital, Sector 26, IMA, Sector 35 and Shri Dhanwantri Hospital in Sector 46. . There are a total of 299 beds here. Out of these, 45 out of 55 beds in Dhanwantri Hospital do not have oxygen support. These are all lying vacant at the moment. Serious patients can be kept here if the corona increases. These centers do not have ventilator support.

There are 7 private hospitals in the city, where there are Kovid beds with oxygen support. All these also have a small number of ventilator support Covid beds available. Eden Hospital has 20 oxygen support covid beds and 10 ventilator beds. City Hospital has 9 oxygen support and 2 ventilator beds, Landmark Hospital has 10 oxygen support and 4 ventilator beds, Mukut Hospital has 19 oxygen support and 4 ventilator beds, Healing Hospital has 10 oxygen support and 2 ventilator beds ready for corona patients .

Santokh hospital has 15 oxygen support and 5 ventilator support and 6 oxygen support and 7 ventilator beds are available in the care patterns.
