Baljit Kaur, daughter of Himachal Pradesh’s district Solan, has returned from the expedition after conquering 5 peaks including Mount Everest in 30 days. On reaching Solan at around 6:30 pm on Monday evening, people gave him a grand welcome. During the road show in an open jeep on the Mall Road, people garlanded Baljeet and showered flowers.
On this occasion, Baljit Kaur said that her dream of climbing Mount Everest, the world’s highest peak, has come true. He is very happy to have this achievement. Said that we should never give up our courage. Only then can the destination be found. During this, Baljit was accompanied by his guide Sherpa Mingma Dai.
After the roadshow on Mall Road, Lions Club Solan honored him at Murari Market. During this, DC Solan Krutika Kulhari was the chief guest.
