In Haryana’s district Rohtak, a case of cheating has come to the fore in the name of buying a phone. According to the case, the scooty rider asked to show his family members on the pretext of buying an Apple phone and fled with the phone. The accused left his scooty there. The victim informed the police. Police seized the scooty and registered a case against the accused youth and started investigation.
Sanjay, a resident of Shastri Nagar on Hisar Road, Rohtak, told the police that he has got his son Harsh to get an Apple phone. Harsh left home for school on Monday. Talks were going on to sell the phone on the online site. In this connection, Harsh found a scooty-riding youth near the railway station. The young man took Harsh with him to the fort road temple street, saying that he would buy the phone. There the young man told Harsh that you wait near Scooty, I come after showing this mobile phone to the family members. Harsh waited there, but the young man did not return. After this, the victim handed over the scooter to the police and complained about the matter. Police registered a case against unknown youth and started investigation. Till now the accused youth is out of police custody and it is also not known whether the scooty has been stolen or that youth’s own.
