- Even After 5 Days, Only Two Forms Were Submitted In Kari And Lidhaura, There Was A Ruckus Between BJP And Congress Over The Ticket.

A total of 158 nomination forms have been submitted so far for 132 wards of urban bodies across the district, after 5 days of the nomination process for the urban elections. In which 65 candidates for the post of councilor have submitted forms for 27 wards of Tikamgarh municipality.
Most of the contenders are waiting for the official list of Congress and BJP to be released. According to the information, by this afternoon, BJP and Congress can release their respective list of councilor candidates regarding urban bodies.
According to the information received from the District Election Office, a total of 17 nomination forms have been submitted for 15 wards of Baldevgarh Municipal Council and 16 nominations for 15 wards of Khargapur. In Municipal Council Baragaon Dhasan, 14 nomination forms have been submitted for 15 wards, 2 for 15 wards in Municipal Council work, 28 for 15 wards in Nagar Parishad Jatara and 16 for 15 wards in Municipal Council Palera.
Apart from this, so far only two people have submitted forms for 15 wards in Municipal Council Lidhaura. In this way, so far only 165 candidates have submitted forms for 132 wards of 7 municipal councils including Tikamgarh municipality. Of these, only 2-2 candidates have submitted nomination forms in the lowest city council, Kari and Lidhaura.
Ruckus over tickets
There is a ruckus in the BJP and Congress over the tickets for the post of councilors. Due to factionalism in both the parties, senior officials are losing sweat in preparing the final list.
According to the information, during the election meetings, senior officials are pressurizing them to get tickets for their loved ones. Many big officials have even threatened to resign if they are not given tickets.
