The ongoing dispute between the workers and the management of Luminous Industries located at Gagret in Una district of Himachal Pradesh has heated up. Now Theog Shimla MLA Rakesh Singha has also come out in support of the workers. On Saturday, Rakesh Singha met the employees in Gagret, the last day of the workers' strike. He made allegations of non-employment, mental torture and cut in salary of the workers reinstated by the court. He said that inflation is increasing continuously. The workers have been demanding a pay hike for the last four years. But the government is trying to suppress the weaker sections by supporting the capitalists instead of the general public.
