Punjab Police has caught a huge consignment of heroin. 73KG heroin seized from Nava Sheva Port in Maharashtra. Its input was received by the Punjab Police. Which was shared with central agencies and Maharashtra Police. After this the team of State Operation Cell of Punjab Police went to Maharashtra and achieved this success.

DGP Gaurav Yadav said that the Punjab Police had received inputs about heroin arrival. Soon after this the team of Punjab State Operation Cell was sent to Maharashtra. The cooperation of central agencies and Maharashtra Police was also taken in this. Now the full links of the front and back of heroin are being investigated. Some important clues have been found about who sent this heroin and to whom it was known next. Soon the whole matter will be exposed.
Seizure was done from Mundra port 3 days ago
Earlier 75KG heroin worth 350 crores was recovered from Mundra port in Gujarat. Its input was also received by the Punjab Police. After which the input was shared with the central agencies and Gujarat ATS. In this case, the police has arrested a person from Ludhiana. This heroin was to be sent from here after it was delivered in Punjab.
