Mini bus overturned on Ajnala-Amritsar road.
A mini bus going to Ajnala in Amritsar district of Punjab overturned due to loss of balance. Around 8 passengers have been injured in the incident, out of which two are said to be serious, including a child. Thankfully no one died. All the passengers have been shifted to Civil Hospital in Ajnala through ambulance 108. Police has started investigation reaching the spot.
According to the information received, PB06 E 2831 bus of Joban Bus Service was going from Ajnala to Amritsar. When the minibus reached Raniwal Canal near Gurdwara Morcha Sahib, an Activa rider came from the front, to save whom the driver rotated the steering. After this the balance of the bus got disturbed and it overturned in the fields. Hearing the screams of the passengers, the villagers reached the spot and broke the front glass of the bus and pulled out the passengers.

Broken arm of a child, injury to one’s head
The villagers called the ambulance service 108. The passengers were taken to the civil hospital in Ajnala. Doctors say that 6 passengers have suffered minor injuries. A patient with a head injury has been sent to Guru Nanak Dev Hospital for CT scan. At the same time, a child’s arm bone is broken.

Police has started investigation reaching the spot. At the same time, the existing people say that the work of repairing and widening of the road is going on, due to which the road has become small and the condition is also bad.
