Conspiracy to defame the government by taking the help of Supreme Court.
BJP state spokesperson Bijendra Nehra accused the Congress and said that Congressmen are repeatedly filing petitions to stop the Panchayat elections. The living example of which is the petition filed against the Panchayat elections in the Supreme Court by Deepkaran, son of former MLA Karan Dalal from Palwal.
In a statement issued to the press, Nehra said that the Haryana government had told the Election Commission to hold the panchayat elections before September 31. But the dark shadow of Congress is repeatedly trying to stop the Panchayat elections. He said that the Punjab and Haryana High Court had made it clear that a provision has been made under the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act that only those Gram Panchayats in which the Scheduled Caste population is more than 10 percent would be reserved.
Congress intends to stop the election
Nehra accused the Congress and said that even before this, the Haryana government was in favor of holding elections. But the intention of the Congress has been to stall the elections. The Congress party has deliberately worked to delay the Panchayat elections by filing 14 petitions in the High Court by its people. It is clear from this that the Congress does not want Panchayat elections to be held in Haryana. The Congress party is afraid that it will get a bad defeat in the Panchayat elections too, so it is trying to postpone the Panchayat elections by repeatedly applying in the court by its people. When the time comes, the people of the state will definitely give this answer.
