Mukesh Upadhyay, a resident of Baikunthpuri, Ahiyapur, has applied for property worth crores from the black money of drugs. Now a proposal for action under PMLA is being prepared against him. SSP will send a letter to the headquarters to confiscate its property.

Let us inform that Ahiyapur police had recovered 260 grams of smack and 190 grams of charas in the past. His brother-in-law has also been sent to jail with smack. SHO Vijay Kumar Singh told that Mukesh has bought four buses from the smack business. All buses run between Muzaffarpur – Delhi. He brings a consignment of charas from Nepal via Sheohar area and Ghorasahan.

There are about 200 paddlers in its racket from Ahiyapur and Mithanpura to Sadar area. It has also opened several accounts in the name of rural women for transaction of Rs. Both had told in the police interrogation that Mukesh Upadhyay has absconded from the spot. He is a resident of Baikunthpur under Ahiyapur police station.
