The NEET exam was held on Sunday across the country, including Gujarat, in which there was a stir due to a big scam. The CBI today made major revelations after questioning 8 people arrested in the NEET scam. One seat of NEET was sold for 20 lakh rupees.
CBI sources said that the fraud operation spread across Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Haryana worked in the manner shown in the Bollywood blockbuster movie “Munnabhai MBBS”. 5 lakh rupees was given to a fake candidate who took the exam instead of the student. The rest of the 20 lakhs was distributed among middlemen and others.
It may be mentioned that the NEET exam for admission to Medkill after Class 12 Science was held on Sunday, July 17 in 497 cities across the country.
