Gurupurnima Festival : The Gurupurnima festival was celebrated by the venerable Saints Mahon with the permission of the present Acharyajitendriyapriyadasji Swami Maharaj in the Swaminarayan Mandir of Sri Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan, Maninagar.

The Gurupurnima festival was celebrated by Reverend Santo Mahonto with the permission of the present Acharyajitendriyapriyadasji Swami Maharaj in the Swaminarayan Mandir of Sri Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan, Maninagar.

In the joyous celebration of this festival, Sri Harikrishna Maharaj Saha Gurudev Jeevanprana Sri Muktjivan Swamibapa was seated in Shibika from the temple to Sri Muktjivan Auditorium and brought the venerable saints. Meanwhile, the young men of the world-renowned Sri Muktajivan Swamibapa Pipe Band played melodious melodious kirtans.

On this day of Gurupurnima, Lord Swaminarayan was given a lovely manoratha of Kharek. His idol was also nicely decorated.

On this day of Gurupurnima, Lord Swaminarayan’s padukas were anointed with milk, curd etc.

On the eve of Gurupurnima, a large number of saints, mahants and devotees joined in the celebration.
