Illegal construction happening indiscriminately in NIT and Old Faridabad zone, matter came to the fore during inspection.
On Wednesday, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Yashpal Yadav appeared in action regarding illegal constructions being done indiscriminately in the city. During the surprise inspection, expressed displeasure with the concerned Joint Commissioner regarding illegal construction taking place in Old Faridabad and NIT area and ordered to take action against four SDOs and four JEs of that area.
The Municipal Commissioner inspected the area falling on the way to Maa Amrita May Hospital from Badkhal Mor on Wednesday morning. Instructions were given to the officers about the irregularities found during the inspection. Orders were given to immediately break the illegal constructions going on here and take disciplinary action against the SDO and JE working in that area. Yashpal Yadav said that some illegal constructions were also found in the NIT area. Orders have been given to send the case to the government for issuing a charge sheet under Section-7 against the concerned SDO. Similarly, orders have been issued against regular JE under section 7 and issue of show cause notice to JE under outsourced agency. will not be tolerated.
