Once again the dissatisfaction of the district presidents and workers has come to the fore in the Congress meeting. In an open meeting on Saturday, many district presidents accused both the government and the organization of neglect. A district president even said that it was because of the dissatisfaction of the workers that Ajit Jogi’s government went, Raman Singh’s government went. If these things are not understood then the work of the ministers will be spoiled. What is ours – we are workers.
A meeting of state office bearers and district heads was called on Saturday at Rajiv Bhawan, the state headquarters of Congress. All senior leaders and officials including Congress’s Chhattisgarh in-charge PL Punia, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and state president Mohan Markam attended. After talking on the main agenda, the Chief Minister left the place. After that, when the talk about the organization started, the displeasure of the officials started coming out one by one.
Many things came out openly in the meeting of the district heads.
That said, the workers are sad. The appointments are not being made by asking the organization. Managing committee was formed in the mandis of his district. It consists of the appointment of the President, Vice-Chairman and members. Those people were not even asked before these appointments. The address of the appointment also comes from the newspaper. There was talk of 2200 appointments in corporation boards but its list got stuck at 400. A district president said, when we were in opposition, the administration did not have the courage to cut our point, but now there is no hearing. Because of this, there will be trouble in 2023.
A district president talked about the displeasure of the workers. Where did Ajit Jogi’s government go? Raman Singh was called Chaur Wale Baba, why did his government go even after distributing mobiles? All this happened because of the dissatisfaction of the workers. If these things are not understood then you will be spoiled. Those of you who are sitting in the dias will be spoiled by the minister.
Anger against MLAs too
Many office-bearers also expressed their displeasure against the MLAs and ministers. An officer said, no one is asking those people. Appointment not available. Legislators don’t respect him. The administration is working at the behest of the people of BJP. Our workers are troubled for four years.
Demonstration against ED scheduled for July 21-22
Congress will once again protest against Enforcement Directorate-ED in Chhattisgarh. For this, the date of 21-22 July has been fixed. This date is because on July 21, ED has called Congress National President Sonia Gandhi for questioning. He is to be questioned in the National Herald case. Its strategy was made during the meeting held at Rajiv Bhawan on Saturday. Protests against ED will be held in Raipur on July 21 and in district headquarters on July 22.
Chief Minister said, the central government is misusing ED-IT
In the meeting, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said, Modi government is misusing ED, IT to suppress the leaders of the opposition. After Rahul Gandhi, now ED summons have been sent for the purpose of harassing Sonia Gandhi. Congress will strongly oppose it all over the country. All the office bearers, workers, MLAs, ministers, MPs of Congress will be compulsorily involved in this program. State in-charge P.L. Punia said that everyone has to strongly oppose the ED.
