Taking DM-SP meeting regarding Eid.
The district administration is alert regarding the festival of Eid. Namaz will not be conducted in public places. Also, all kinds of religious travel will be banned. If someone takes out a silent procession, then it should be done only after taking permission under the law. Officials in the procession check placards and banners thoroughly. There is no talk of any kind of religious fanaticism in it. Clearly instructed the officers that the smallest activity should be kept under special surveillance. Any laxity in the matter will not be tolerated at all.
In Sikar on Friday, District Collector Avichal Chaturvedi and SP Kunwar Rashtradeep held video conferencing with all the officers. He gave clear instructions to the officials that all the officers should make their own preparations for the festival of Eid. The District Collector ordered the officers to keep a special vigil on social media. He said that if anyone works to spoil the atmosphere on social media, then strictest action should be taken against him. Eid festival will be celebrated on 10th July. The district administration appeared fully prepared in view of the festival.
Guidelines for monitoring social media
District Collector Avichal Chaturvedi said that if anyone makes misleading remarks on social media, then strictest action should be taken against him. The information about all the programs should be with the concerned officer. The time from 6 am to 10 am is very critical on the festival of Eid, so the officials should take special care. Eid prayers will not be offered in any public place other than the mosque. Its preparation should be done completely tomorrow so that no controversy arises.

At the same time, in the meeting, the District Collector instructed the officials regarding single use plastic that instead of taking action on every single shop, try to find out through their sources which warehouse has large quantity of plastic. Leaving small actions, big actions should be taken so that the message about plastic will go to everyone on their own. Along with this, reporting of all actions should also be done.
