All 90 urban health centers, 11 community health centers run by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) can now conduct most of the primary tests. Various test machines were ordered
Bharat Patel, chairman of the Health and Solid Waste Management Committee, said that machines for various tests should be installed in all urban health centers. Following this, after presenting to the officials of the Municipal Corporation, the machines for each test were ordered. For which all the procedures have now been completed and the machines for fever, dengue, typhoid, chikungunya etc. have been put into operation at all urban health centers and community health centers. Patients are now required to undergo any primary test. Now it will be done free of charge at Urban Health Centers and Community Health Centers run by the Municipal Corporation.

CBC machines were installed at a cost of 1.5 crores
Municipal Corporation Health Department Head Dr Bhavin Solanki said that CBC machines for measuring red blood cells have been installed in all 90 urban health centers at a cost of Rs 1.5 crore. Used to measure red blood cells when fever occurs. Machines for dengue and chikungunya have also been installed in all 11 community health centers at a cost of Rs 30 lakh. Diarrhea and typhoid tests require an electro machine. Which has been placed on all community health centers at a cost of Rs 30 lakhs. Apart from this, the sonography machine and the machine for diabetes were also purchased for a total of 10 types at Rs. These machines have been commissioned at a cost of 2.5 crores.

A free mega medical camp will be held after August 10
Epidemics usually increase during monsoons. In various areas and slums, the incidence of disease is increasing, so free mega medical camps are organized by the municipal corporation. In the Health and Solid Waste Management Committee meeting today, it was decided that a total of 20 free mega medical camps will be conducted by the Municipal Corporation in different areas of the city this year as well. This mega medical camp will be started after August 10, for which an announcement will be made by the municipal corporation system. Mandap, lights, tea water and publicity were found behind a medical camp totaling Rs. 5 lakh will be spent. Free medicine and treatment will be given to the patients coming to the medical camp.
