In Pidawa Municipality area of Jhalawar district, SP Richa Tomar took a meeting of common people, traders and social workers in the police station premises and listened to the problems and gave necessary instructions to the police officer. In the meeting, the people of the city complained about the molestation of women, girls and small girls. On this, the SP said that taking such matters seriously, action would be taken. He said that soon a team would be formed in schools, colleges and coaching centers, which would take police action against such miscreants.
During this, the general public was also made aware of the Police Mitra scheme. He said that if the police and the general public work together, it will help in maintaining law and order. At the same time, the people of Pidawa city harassed people by drinking alcohol on Kotdi Pidawa bypass road and public places. This causes problems for the women passing through here. On this, the SP instructed Pidawa SHO Ramnarayan to take action on it soon. Along with this, women and minor girls were instructed to take strict action on molesting, sending obscene messages on social media, making remarks. It is worth mentioning that for the first time, the SP visited the Pidawa police station and listened to the problems after interacting with the general public.
