It has been alleged that some parts of the proceedings in the High Court are being misplaced on Instagram and social media. The High Court Association has also sent some social media links to the Chief Justice as evidence. The letter also complained that such behavior tarnished the image of lawyers and parties. The letter also alleges that video clips of court proceedings involving Poxo, Habeas Corps and sexual abuse and children were used despite the court’s ban. The High Court has also demanded the Advocates Association to conduct suo moto against such elements.
