Shravan month is a holy month for Hindu society. While religious festivals and festivals are celebrated in this month, Manoratha is also celebrated in religious temples. In the pilgrimage Shamlaji Mandir, the darshan of different items like fruits, dry fruits, vegetables and carousel of colorful flowers is held in the month of Shravan. At the beginning of the month of Shravan, colorful flowers of different kinds are brought to Lord Shamaliya and the carousel decorated with gold and silver is decorated with flower knots and the child form of Thakorji is seated in it and the Lord Shamaliya is lit by the priest with great faith and devotion.
During the carousel, Lord Shamaliya is also decorated with various ornaments including different clothes. Thus, during the month of Shravan, different Manoratha darshan of Kaliya Thakar is held every day in Yatradham Shamlaji. Darshan of this Manoratha is organized by the temple trust as per the rules of Prashti Marga.
