Suryakumar washed the English bowlers a lot
At Trent Bridge, Suryakumar Yadav showed the greatness of his bat. When Suryakumar came to the crease, the team lost 3 wickets for 31 runs. But then Suryakumar and Shreyas Iyer put England in trouble with a century partnership. The two had a 119-run partnership off 62 balls, with Iyer contributing just 28 runs. However, Team India’s innings was ruined after Iyer’s dismissal. The runs did not go fast and in the end England won.
