- Liquor Shops Will Remain Closed Up To A Radius Of 5 Km From The Revenue Limit Of Gram Panchayat, Will Be Closed From 3:00 Pm On July 6

During the third phase of Panchayat elections, Collector Narendra Kumar Suryavanshi has issued orders for a ban on the sale of liquor. 48 hours before the end of polling and counting, the sale of liquor and Barmer liquor will be prohibited in the revenue limit of the panchayat and all the liquor shops coming within its radius of 5 km. Liquor shops in Ratlam city and urban areas falling within a radius of 5 km from the revenue limit of the panchayat will also remain closed during this period.
According to the order issued by the Excise Department, there will be a ban on the sale of liquor and serving liquor in hotels and bars from 3:00 pm on July 6 till the counting of votes is over on July 8. It is worth mentioning that in the third phase of Panchayat elections, polling will be held on July 8 in Ratlam, Javra and Piploda districts. For which Ratlam Collector has issued prohibitory orders regarding the sale of liquor.
