Suklal Dhruv, father of the Society Manager of Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Society, Raseda, accused of embezzlement of more than 32 lakh rupees. The old Dhruv (48) was arrested by the City Kotwali Police on Sunday and sent to jail. Committee President Dilharan Chandel’s father Late for embezzling the money deposited against the committee manager. Sukhram Chandel had lodged an FIR. On Sunday, the police raided the whereabouts of the committee manager and arrested him.

City Kotwali police station in-charge Yadumani Sidar told that the complainant committee president had filed a report that accused process servers Bhupesh Bharti and Suklal Dhruv took out 32 lakh 30 thousand 724 rupees by filling fake withdrawals. On the report of the applicant, the offense was registered and taken up for investigation.

During the investigation, accused Bhupesh Bharti’s father Rohit Bharti was interrogated in custody on May 5, in which he, along with committee manager Suklal Dhruv, accepted to carry out the said incident. Bhupesh Bharti has been sent to jail on judicial remand on 5th May itself. One of the accused in the case, Suklal, was absconding.
