Police act as agents of BJP
Congress leader Kalpesh Barot said that our executive meeting was held at Ishwar Bham. In which, on the request of BJP, the police came to Ishwar Farm and detained us. Police acted as agents of BJP. In opposition to it, a petition will be given to the Commissioner after the dharna today. However, at the behest of the BJP, the police are not even allowing us to protest.
We will seek an answer from the Commissioner of Police
Bharti Patel of the Congress protested by showing bangles and said, “We were detained by the police after entering the premises of the Congress thinking it was a Latha Kand program and we were taken to Khatodara and the women at Umra Police Station. We were also forcefully forced, due to which injuries also reached us. At the behest of the Home Minister we are detained at any time. Today we have reached the police commissioner’s office to protest. But we are not allowed inside and the entire area has been cordoned off by the police. We will meet the Commissioner of Police and ask him to answer why such injustice is being done to us.
