The cycle track built under the Smart City Mission in the city has become a corruption track for tenants. In a short period of only 3 months, the color of the cycle tracks in different areas of the city is starting to smell of massive corruption. The liability period of the track is 1 year. But within 3 months, crores of people’s money has gone to waste as the cycle track started to disappear. There is a mysterious silence of the opposition along with the ruling party on this issue. Instead of cracking down on the issue of cycle tracks in the city, the rulers are allowing cycle tracks in more and more areas.

42.85 lakh work of making cycle track was approved
In the standing committee meeting held on Thursday, approval was given for the work of Rs. 42.85 lakhs for making cycle track on tarmac and CC road in various areas of Udhana Zone-B Kanakpur. Surat Municipal Corporation has prepared more than 75 km cycle track in the city under Smart City Mission. The National Smart City Summit was held in the city in the month of April.
The bicycle track built in the city was taken down
In which, when delegates from various cities across the country came to Surat, the bicycle track built in the city overnight has been laid. In just three months, cycle tracks have started coming out in different areas of the city. If the situation remains like this, the cycle tracks will disappear from the roads of the city in a short time.
Notice is given to the contractor for repairs

The contractor will be investigated and action will be taken
