Rishabh's first ODI century / Pant Man of the Match, Hardik Man of the Series

India won the final and deciding ODI match of the series between India and England. Team India has completed the target of 260 runs given by England in 43 overs, thus India has won the ODI series 2-1. On the other hand, Rishabh Pant has scored the first ODI century of his career. Pant got the man of the match award and Hardik Pandya got the man of the series award.

Like the second match, in this match too, the top order of the Indian team was a flop. First, after Shikhar Dhawan walked around the pavilion, wickets fell one after the other, but later Rishabh Pant and Hardik Pandya, who are in great form, took over the team and laid the foundation for victory. Both had a winning partnership of 133 runs for the fifth wicket. Hardik Pandya was dismissed for 71 runs while Pant remained unbeaten on 125 runs after scoring a century.

It is worth mentioning that in the first match, India won by 10 wickets while in the second match England team bounced back and India was defeated in the second ODI match.
