Hospital workers giving first aid to the injured in the Civil Hospital.
A tea seller has been assaulted and looted in Ekta Vihar Colony of Panipat district of Haryana. The miscreants in the Bolero car kidnapped the chaiwala. He was fatally attacked with weapons. Robbed cash from his pocket and threatening to kill him by throwing him near his room and fled. The attackers included a liquor contractor and his men.
Some time back the accused wanted to open a liquor contract in the colony, which was opposed by the local residents and got it closed. The contract chaiwala has stopped. Due to this suspicion, the miscreants carried out the crime. Based on the statements of the brother of the injured, the police have registered a case under sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 365, 379B, 120B and 506 of the IPC.
The crime committed in front of brother’s eyes
In the complaint given to the Chandnibagh police station, Ravindra told that he is a resident of village Ugrakhedi. They are two brothers. Elder brother Jaswinder has taken a rented room on contract in Ekta Vihar Colony. Both the brothers stay there most of the time. He was in his room at around 4 pm on 17th July. Brother Jaswinder was sitting alone under the tree standing in front of the room.
Meanwhile, liquor contractor Surendra alias Sandu and Ajit alias Jeeta residents of village Khalila came in Bolero car along with Sunil and Narendra resident Bajwa, Joni resident Khanda Sonipat, Sahil and their two other associates. As soon as he came, he forcibly made Jaswinder sit in the car. They put him in the car and took him towards Panipat. After sometime he threw it back out of the room and hit him in the head.
Hit the ice needles in the feet. Joni attacks Gandasi in her stomach on the left side and in the head. The miscreants took out Rs 1700 from Jaswinder’s pocket. After committing the crime, the miscreants fled from the spot waving weapons while threatening to kill them. Ravindra says that the miscreants have executed the incident by conspiring with Surendra alias Sandu and Ajit alias Jeeta Contractor.
