The Pune Police has arrested the principal late on Saturday night in connection with the sexual harassment of the student in the Nagar Primary Education Committee School of Puna village in Surat. Principal Nishanthkumar Vyas came to meet someone in Surat. Pune police got the information about this. On the basis of which the police have arrested Principal Nishanth Kumar Vyas from the house after setting up a watch. It is mentioned here that the accused principal’s wife is also a teacher.
Ran away two days before the crime was committed
In the year 2018, the principal sexually harassed a 14-year-old student in a Pune Nagar Primary Education Committee school. School principal Nishant Vyas called a 14-year-old student to his cabin and stripped him. Then another student was given his phone by the principal to record the shooting. Along with the principal, 5 to 7 students were making fun of the naked student and running inside the cabin. The student’s clothes were also hidden. Earlier two days before the crime was registered against the accused, he ran away from home.

A crime was registered under the section of POCSO Act
The accused principal Nishanthkumar Vyas has also raised alarm in the primary school of the municipality. The inspector of the municipal investigation committee lodged a complaint with the Pune police. Based on this, the police registered a case under the POCSO Act against Principal Nishanthkumar Yogeshkumar Vyas (Residence, Neelkanthshwar Sosa, Sumul Dairy Road). Principal Nishanth Kumar ran away from home two days before the crime was registered.

Based on the application, the Pune Police has sent an inquiry committee to the police station. In the preliminary investigation of the 200 videos that have come up in the application made by the investigation committee, the incident of sexual harassment of children is being partially proved. Therefore, a complaint has been registered and further action has been taken.
