Yash Agarwal, a 27-year-old mechanical engineer living in Sammukh Park near Akota Patel Estate in Vadodara, was working for an engineering company at Makarpura GIDC. On the night of July 2, he committed suicide by choking himself with a belt. The incident was reported when the family called the company, worried about the son not coming home late. According to police, the young man’s brother was in Singapore and his body was placed in a cold room. The mystery of why the youth took this step is still intact. Manjalpur police have registered a case and are conducting further investigation into the incident.

There were two other suicides in Vadodara. According to police sources, Sushilaben Jetharam Manju’s husband, who lives in Fortune Elite on Chapad Bill Road, has a tea truck in Makarpura. Her husband had gone to work this morning. Meanwhile, Sushila committed suicide by choking herself under mysterious circumstances. That’s when the suicide was reported.
