Actor Ranbir Kapoor is busy promoting his upcoming film Shamshera. The actor was last seen in the 2018 blockbuster Sanju, and now two of his films are set to release this year, including Brahmastra.
The current year has been very busy for Ranbir both personally and professionally. He was married to Alia Bhatt in April. This month Ranbir and Alia announced that they are going to be parents.
During a recent interview, Ranbir answered a number of questions. Asked who he would like to go on a road trip with, he replied, “Anushka Sharma and Aditya Roy Kapoor, crazy people and lots of fun.”
Ranbir named SS Rajamouli and Arijit Singh when asked who he would like to be stuck on a secluded island with besides Alia Bhatt and Ayan Mukerji.
Asked about the most influential person in his life, Ranbir said, “My wonderful mother.”
Asked who he prefers to spend time with, Ranbir said he prefers to spend time with his wife Alia.
In another interview recently, Ranbir said that his family was celebrating as he got 56 per cent in 10th standard. He is the most educated male member in his family. Ranbir said, “My mother used to come to my school when the school results were announced. I always apologized and said that I would work harder, get better marks and not fail in any subject. Mom would tell Dad if he saw a red line on my report card. I cried because I was so afraid of them. ”
Speaking of work front, Ranbir’s Shamshera will be released in cinemas on July 22. The film also stars Vani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. After a long gap of four years, Ranbir will return to the big screen. Ranbir is in a double role in this film.
