A private mela was organized on Bypass Road in Morbi and thousands of people reached the mela to enjoy the fun of Athama mela on Janmashtami Parva. At that time, a Mercedes car was burnt near the fair. For some reason, the car caught fire and the fire took a ferocious form. As there is a petrol pump nearby on one side and a fair on the other side, people became scared. Following the incident, the fire team rushed and brought the fire under control.
