- The Cabinet Minister inaugurated the road in Mahobatpara of Kutiana
- 2500 km of roads in the state will be renovated at a cost of Rs.1900 crore

The inauguration of Kutiana-Khageshri-Jamjodhpur road, which was built at a cost of more than 11 crore 11 lakhs at Mahobatpara of Kutiana taluk of Porbandar district, was done by the Minister of Roads and Buildings, Transport, Civil Aviation and Tourism and Pilgrimage Development Purnesh Modi. This road is a very important road connecting Porbandar-Rajkot National Highway and connecting Porbandar and Jamnagar districts. After unveiling the plaque marking the 15 km long road, the Minister said that the roads damaged due to rain will be repaired after the roads are cleared.
Decision to build paved roads at a cost of Rs.500 crores
While the villages have built paved roads through the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana and the Chief Minister Gram Sadak Yojana, the government has decided to build paved roads at a cost of Rs.500 crore under Azadi Ka Amrit Mohotsav in the villages which do not have paved roads. The state of Gujarat has a coastline of 1600 km, so the state’s coastal highways are very important for the development of ports and import and export, and better work is being done in that direction as well. 2500 km of Gujarat at a cost of Rs.1900 crore after rains. Roads will be renovated.
A Khatmuhurta program was held at Mahobatpara
On this occasion, District Panchayat Executive Chairman Rameshbhai Odedara appealed to the minister to raise the bridge of Bhadar and repair the dilapidated roads of Ghed as soon as possible. Leaders including Kutiyana MLA Kandhalbhai Jadeja were present in the Khatmuhurta program held at Mahobatpara.
