COVID-19 LIVE: At least 8 Covid-related deaths reported in India in the last 24 hours.
New Delhi:
India reported 1,957 new coronavirus infections in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of Covid cases to 4,46,16,394.
The country also reported 8 new Covid-related deaths, including three in Kerala, taking the total number of fatalities to 5,28,822.
The active cases comprise 0.06 per cent of the total infections, while the national Covid recovery rate increased to 98.75 per cent, the ministry said.
