The latest generation of the Nissan X-Trail is on sale in other countries and offers both petrol and hybrid powertrain options. The ICE model has a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine, on the other hand, a 3-cylinder, 1.5-litre turbo petrol with Nissan’s second generation e-Power hybrid tech. Furthermore, the X-Trail is also offered in both FWD and AWD options.
The hybrid powertrain has a 150 kW front electric motor and a combined output of 201 hp or the e-4ORCE dual motor system producing 209 hp. Nissan claims that the e-4ORCE system generated 10,000 times faster rear torque response than a mechanical AWD system. The latest X-Trail is based on the CMF-C platform.
On the inside, the X-Trail’s 12.3-inch infotainments screen and 12.3-inch driver information display are a few of its highlighting features. It also features a 10.-inch wide HUD system 3D maps and more. The X-Trail’s prices in the UK start at around GBP 32,030 or Rs 29.74 lakh.
