MorbiAfter the Gozari tragedy, PM Modi visited and consoled the affected. Informing about PM Modi’s visit to Morbi, Gujarat BJP State President CR Patil said that the Prime Minister has inspected the accident site and met the affected people. PM Modi visited the hospital and gave necessary instructions to the doctors. Along with this, it has been instructed to take strict action against the responsible people. It is worth mentioning that Patil has also said that PM Modi is satisfied with the rescue work done by the Tantra after the Morbi tragedy.
Appreciated the efforts of the rescue team
PM Modi inspected the bridge at the site of Morbi’s Gozara incident that left 135 people dead. Meanwhile, CM Bhupendra Patel, Home Minister Harsh Sanghvi and State President CR Patil were also present. On reaching the spot, the entire incident was recorded. And reviewed the relief-rescue operations going on in the Macchu river by observing and reviewing.
After which PM Modi interacted with the first responders and rescue team members of the accident and appreciated their efforts. The Prime Minister, Road Building Department Executive Engineer K.N. Information about the suspension bridge and the technical aspects of the accident was obtained from Jhala. In which the personnel of Navy, Army, Air Force, SDRF, NDRF, Fire Department were involved.
