Pak ally Azerbaijan cries foul over Indian arms supply to Armenia; 'Unfriendly move...' | Times Of Ahmedabad

India’s arms sales to Armenia has angered the latter’s arch-rival Azerbaijan. The Azeri president reportedly criticized India’s arms supply as an ‘unfriendly move.’ Armenia ordered heavy weapons from India worth an estimated $245 million in September 2022 and the export deal included missiles, rockets, and ammunition amid the country’s escalating tensions with Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan gets its weapons mainly from Turkey and Pakistan.
