Pakistan has put the “onus of talks on India” just days after its PM Shehbaz Sharif’s “lessons learned” comment during an interview with Al Arabiya channel earlier this week. Pakistan Foreign Office spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch said during her weekly press briefing that “Pakistan has always desired cooperative relations with all its neighbors, including India.” The statement came after Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said that talks with Pakistan would only be possible in the absence of terrorism.
