Fresh twist in the Crimea bridge blast case that led to Russia’s all-out attack in Ukraine. NATO member Bulgaria has now denied any involvement in the Crimean bridge attack. Sofia termed the blast “another Russian hybrid attack against the European community.” Interestingly, Russia has never even blamed Bulgaria for the attack. On October 8, 2022, a massive blast killed three civilians and severely damaged the Crimean bridge, which connects the formerly Ukrainian peninsula to Russia’s mainland. The incident was widely celebrated in Ukraine, and the country’s postal service even released a stamp to commemorate the blast hours after it took place. The latest denial by NATO nation Bulgaria of any role in the attack seems to be yet another proof of the West’s alienation attempt against Ukraine over the blast. Watch this report for more.
