The claim, which cannot be verified, was made by a Russian Telegram channel General SVR. The channel has repeatedly made claims that Putin is battling serious medical problems including cancer. The Telegram channel says Putin will be forced to undergo new treatment on March 5, which would impact his ability to oversee his war with Ukraine.
