Russian President Vladimir Putin’s men are on a high perch in Ukraine’s battlefield. Russians are now in command not only in Donetsk but also in the Luhansk region. Ramzan Kadyrov, Vladimir Putin’s ally and Chechen warlord, said that fighters have surrounded Luhansk’s Bilohorivka and taken a strategic height in the outskirts. Several Chechen units have been on the frontlines in Ukraine since the start of the war.
