‘Extradition request unaffected’: CBI after Interpol removes red notice against Mehul Choksi

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) said on Tuesday India’s request to extradite Mehul Choksi continues to be under ‘active consideration’ of the Antigua and Barbuda authorities, with the agency’s statement coming a day after it came to light that Interpol has removed its red notice against the fugitive diamantaire. MP: Woman sentenced to 10 years in jail for sexually assaulting minor boy

A POCSO court in Madhya Pradesh’s Indore has sentenced a 24-year -old woman to 10 years in jail for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor boy. In the judgement, special judge (POCSO Act), Surekha Mishra said, “In the POCSO Act, it is not always that the male will be guilty.
