A suicide bomber killed 9 Pakistani police officers and wounded over 13 others on Monday. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet but Pak’s security forces have been battling a decades-long insurgency by militants in Balochistan as well as attacks by the Pakistan Taliban (TTP). The incident reportedly took place about 120 kilometers southeast of Quetta in Balochistan. Photos of the aftermath showed the police van turned upside down on the road with its windows shattered.
