Directed and written by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, ‘Animal’ stars Ranbir and Rashmika as a couple with Anil Kapoor playing the role of Ranbir’s father and Bobby Deol is tagged as the main villain in the movie. The film will be released in five languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
Justifying the length of the movie, Ranbir Kapoor had said, “The story of ‘Animal’ requires this amount of time to reach the audience. We saw the first cut that was 3 hours and 49 mins and we were entertained. Don’t be panicked by the length and just come experience cinema at its best.”
‘Animal’ is all set to clash with Meghna Gulzar helmed ‘Sam Bahadur’, starring Vicky Kaushal. This war drama narrates the story of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, and also stars Fatima Sana Sheikh MalhotraNeeraj Kabi, Edward Sonnenblick and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub.
