While talking to Pinkvilla, Vicky revealed that his favorite superhero is Superman! He said that he loves Superman because ‘kya nahi kar sakta wo banda’ (The guy can do practically anything).

He also added that you don’t mind find Kryptonite ( a radioactive material – the only thing capable of hurting Superman) around, so there’s no stress. He further said that’s the only way you can get license to wear a red underwear over pants. He added that Superman has been his favorite superhero of all time since he has been a kid, and he has always wanted to live just one day like him.
Earlier, a special screening of Sam Bahadur was held in Mumbai that was attended by many celebs in the industry. Soon after, Vicky’s brother Sunny Kaushal took to his IG stories to pen a long note on the same.
Sunny wrote, “What a film..what an amazing film this is..@rsvpmovies @meghnagulzar thank you so much for making Sam Bahadur.. it is truly remarkable how you have so beautifully managed to show the life, the character, the love this man had for his country and uniform in a span of 2.5 hours.. it made me laugh, cry, inspired and most importantly it made me realise what great courage and character means.” He also tagged Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra in the post and praised them.
He further showered love on his big bro and said “@vickykaushal09 Just when I think you’ve outdone yourself, you surprise me yet again..I know you manifested this film and now I can see why.. I think this film chose you..I don’t think anybody could’ve played Sam better…you’ve given you heart and soul and everything in between to portray the life of a man which was so valiantly lived.” Sunny further mentioned that he is “so so proud.”
Earlier at the screening, Vicky Kaushal, along with his wife Katrina Kaif graced the do. Twinning in gorgeous black outfits, Vicky and Katrina looked stylish as ever as they made heads turn at the screening. While Vicky looked dapper as ever in black shirt, coat and matching pants, Katrina looked drop-dead gorgeous in a velvet black strapless outfit.
