A video of stand up comedian and ‘Bigg Boss’ fame artiste Munwar Farooqui is going viral on social media. In this video, Munwar is seen in anger. According to reports, Munawwar was invited for Iftari at a restaurant in Minara Masjid. But Munwar went to eat at another place nearby. Seeing this, the restaurant owner was angry. So eggs were thrown at Munwar. The entire matter is dated 8th April.
A video of the incident is going viral on social media, in which Munwar Farooqui is seen getting angry at the restaurant owner. A huge crowd is also seen around it. Munwar is held back by his security guards.
According to a media report, a complaint has been filed against the owner of the restaurant and five of his staff members. No statement has yet come out from Munwar in this matter. A few days ago, Mumbai police raided a hookah parlor and arrested Munwar Farooqui and 13 others. All these have been released after questioning. A case has been registered against all.
Mumbai Police got a tip off
An officer involved in the raid at Hotel Sablan Hookah Parlor in Fort area said, ‘Police received information that tobacco is being consumed in this hookah parlour. After this, the police reached the place to conduct a raid and took 13 people into custody. Munwar Farooqui is also included in these people.’
9 hookahs worth 13,500
Police raided the illegally run hookah parlor and seized Rs 4,400 in cash and 9 hookahs worth Rs 13,500. A case has been registered under sections of the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act.
Has won many reality shows
Munavwar first participated in Kangana Ranaut’s reality show ‘Lock Up’ in 2022 after getting into controversies. He was also the winner of its season 1. After this he also became the winner of ‘Bigg Boss 17’ last year.
