Actor Pankaj Tripathi’s brother-in-law Rakesh Tiwari has passed away in a road accident. Pankaj’s sister Savita Tiwari was also seriously injured in the road accident on NH2 near Nirsa Chowk in Dhanbad district at around 4 pm on Saturday. He is undergoing treatment at SNMMC hospital in Dhanbad. His legs are fractured but they are out of danger for now.
As soon as the news of the incident came, Pankaj Tripathi reached Kolkata airport from Mumbai and left for Dhanbad.

Pankaj’s cousin Rajesh Tiwari Chittaranjan was working in a railway factory. He was going from Gopalganj to Chittaranjan in a car with his wife Savita Tiwari on Saturday evening.
On reaching Nirsa Chowk, while trying to save an auto, he lost control of his car and the car coming at full speed crashed into a three feet high divider.
In this accident, Rajesh sustained a serious head injury. After receiving the information, police from Nirsa police station reached with the help of local people and sent both of them to Dhanbad SNMMCH for treatment. Where Rakesh died during treatment.

If reports are to be believed, Pankaj is going to reach Dhanbad soon. It is also heard that he will go there with his family to find out about his sister. Family members can shift them to Kolkata for better treatment.
