Desi girl Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas will once again shift to their Los Angeles home. According to a report by The Sun US, the renovation work of this house worth about 20 million dollars i.e. about 166 crore rupees has been completed. Priyanka and Nick left the bungalow in February this year and moved to another place. Priyanka-Nick were facing many problems due to water damage in the property. Due to a pipe leakage, moisture began to appear on the walls of his house. Hence both of them had to leave this house and shift to another house.
A case was filed against the property dealer
He also filed a case against the property dealer in this matter. He argued that the leakage problem could affect the health of his family. Priyanka and Nick also filed a case against the property dealer in May 2023 after the swimming pool and spa started having problems after the shift. Apart from this, many small problems were faced at home.
While filing a case against the property dealer, Priyanka-Nick also sought compensation for damages. According to media reports, an estimated Rs 20 crore was spent on repairing the property. There is no information on whether Nick-Priyanka received compensation or not.

Priyanka and Nick bought this bungalow in 2019 for Rs 166 crore. Both live in it with daughter Malti. This luxurious property has 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, temperature controlled wine cellar, chef’s kitchen, home theater, spa, steam shower, gym and billiards room.
Priyanka will be seen in ‘The Bluff’
Talking about Priyanka’s upcoming films, she will be seen in the Hollywood film ‘The Bluff’. The shooting of this film will start from June. Prior to this, Priyanka has worked in Hollywood projects – ‘Baywatch’, ‘The Matrix Resurrections’ and the romantic comedy ‘Love Again’.
