Bollywood actress Yami Gautam is in the last stages of pregnancy these days. She will give birth to her first child in May. These days Yami is reading Ramayana and Amar Chitra Katha before delivery. Talking to Hindustan Times, Yami said, ‘Husband Aditya Dhar has brought Ramayana and Amar Chitra Katha for me to read. My mother also read these books during her pregnancy. Apart from this, I am a veteran of music. S. I am also listening to Subbulakshmi’s songs.
All the wedding ceremonies were performed in Yami’s hometown Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh.
Aditya is very caring
Yami also said that Aditya took good care of her during her pregnancy. He is very happy. Yami said- Aditya keeps asking me all day what I feel like eating. What do I feel like doing? He always brings me things that make me happy. Yami said in the interview that his family has moved to Mumbai and soon his sister Surili will also reach Mumbai.
Yami said, We are from a traditional family. There is no trend here to create a baby nursery. Of course, some adjustments will have to be made in the house for the baby, but when the baby grows up and starts jumping in the house, we will renovate the house accordingly. My sister, a mother of one herself, told me that this is the best phase of life. Sure there are some challenges but we will learn everything when we become parents. We are all very happy.
Yami gave good news in February
Yami Gautam and her husband filmmaker Aditya Dhar confirmed the pregnancy at the trailer launch event of the film ‘Article 370’ in February this year. Aditya Dhar said – This film is a family affair. We got this good news during the making of the film. Yami’s baby bump was spotted at the event. Yami married filmmaker Aditya Dhar on June 4, 2021. Their love started on the sets of ‘Uri-The Surgical Strike’. After dating each other for almost two years, the two got married.
‘Article 370’ is one of the biggest hits of the year.
Yami was seen in ‘Article 370’.
Yami has given a hit film in 2024. On 23 February his film ‘Article 370’ was released which earned Rs 110 crores. In the year 2012, Yami debuted in Bollywood with ‘Vicky Donor’. He has also acted in films like ‘Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga’, ‘Uri’, ‘Bala’ and ‘OMG 2’.
