Following a disagreement with one of the guys a few days prior, a Swansea man is suspected of shooting the other two, one of whom died, on Tuesday morning.

Joey Len Inabinet Jr., 29, is wanted on charges of killing, attempting to murder, having a weapon throughout a violent crime, and having a handgun in the custody of a convicted felon.

Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon stated, “A deputy responded to a call about a shooting at a home on Calvary Church Road before daybreak Tuesday morning.” “A witness informed him that someone else had been shot down the road after he discovered a man who had been shot but was still alert and breathing. Until emergency medical personnel came, the deputy gave the second gunshot victim CPR. A second person was hit as well, and their serious injuries were sent to a nearby hospital.

Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher stated that Robert Todd Bailey, 60, of Swansea, was shot in the upper body and was declared dead at the spot.

“A gun we know has been in Inabinet’s possession is consistent with shell casings we found at the scene,” Koon stated. “While we are still looking into this matter, we are relieved that Inabinet is in custody.” According to Koon, Inabinet was detained late on Tuesday morning.
