Via WCCO: The Crookston Police Department said a man at a homeless shelter was “being combative toward officers and was not following officers’ verbal commands” before an officer fatally shot him with a handgun” late Sunday night. The department made no mention of the man being armed.
Izzy Canizares at Bring Me the News reports the man who was killed at a Lakeville Amazon fulfillment center on Saturday morning has been identified as 22-year-old Ahmed Ibrahim Cariifof Faribault. A suspect, a 24-year-old man, was arrested at the scene and taken into custody.
