Donald Trump lashed out as soon as Joe Biden withdrew from the presidential election, also boasted about Kamala Harris

Washington. US President Joe Biden has announced his withdrawal from the White House race. He has now supported Kamala Harris’ candidacy for the presidential election. However, just minutes after Biden’s announcement, former President and Republican candidate Donald Trump’s statement came. In this, he called Biden the ‘worst president ever’ and also claimed that it would be ‘even easier’ for him to defeat Kamala Harris.

Speaking to American news channel CNN, Donald Trump said, “He is the worst president in the history of our country. He is known as the worst president ever in the history of our country.”

Front runner Kamala Harris is also targeted
However, it is not yet clear who will be the Democratic Party’s candidate for the post of President after Biden’s withdrawal. Trump further said that he thinks “defeating Vice President Kamala Harris will be easier than defeating Biden.”

The former US President also said on social media that Joe Biden was not qualified to run for the presidency and is certainly not qualified to serve and never was. He said, ‘We will suffer a lot because of his presidency, but we will repair the damage he has done very quickly. Make America great again!’

Why did Biden take this decision?
In fact, after his poor performance in the debate with Donald Trump last month, there were demands for Joe Biden to withdraw from the presidential race. Amidst growing pressure, Biden said in a social media post on Sunday that he is withdrawing from the election campaign against Donald Trump. He said that I am taking this decision in the best interest of the country and the Democratic Party.

81-year-old Biden supported Vice President Kamala Harris to be nominated as the candidate from the Democratic Party in his place. He said, ‘I give my full support to make Kamala our party’s candidate. It is time for the Democrats to come together and defeat Donald Trump.’

Kamala can create history
Now if Kamala Harris is nominated by the Democratic Party in the convention to be held in August, she will become the first African-American woman and the first Indian-American to get nomination for the White House.

It is worth noting that the presidential election will be held in the US in November this year. The winner of the election will be sworn in as the President on January 20 next year. In the US, mainly the Republican and Democratic parties participate in the presidential race.
