UIDAI made the process easier
Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has made the process of making Aadhaar card for a child below five years of age very easy. Earlier, one had to wait for the birth certificate for this. But now, even without a birth certificate, you can get your child’s Aadhaar card made at home.
follow this process
-First of all you have to visit the official site www.UIDAI.gov.in.
-After this click on the Aadhar card link.
-Now you will have to fill information like child’s name, guardian’s mobile number, email ID.
-Now you will also have to fill in the child’s place of birth, complete address, district and state information.
-After completing this process online, you will have to go to the UIDAI center to get your Aadhaar card.
-For this, if you want, you can take an appointment in advance. To take an appointment, go to the option of Fix Appointment.
-Now you select the date and time and your nearest UIDAI center.
-Now read all the information like child’s name, date of birth etc. carefully and then submit the form.
